Where is my delivery?

As soon as we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation with the expected delivery date.

Can i track my parcel?

If your shipment was sent with a trackable service, you will find a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. With this you can track the delivery status of your order online.

Which countries does rebellion-fashion ship to?

We deliver all countries nationally and internationally.

Can I have my order shipped to an DHL box address?

1. Registration on the DHL Packstation website**

You must have registered on the DHL Packstation website ** to have your order shipped to a Packstation.

2. Enter delivery details

If you fill in the delivery details for your order to a DHL Packstation, it is necessary that you enter the PostNumber (your DHL Packstation customer number) and the DHL Packstation you selected as a different delivery address in addition to your first and last name.

3. Post number and number / address of the packing station

Enter the PostNumber in the additional address field. If this is not available, please insert the PostNumber after your name after a slash. Please enter the word "Packstation" and the number of your desired Packstation in the fields "Street" and "House number".

Finally, please enter the zip code and location of the DHL Packstation.

4. Delivery within our standard time frame

Your order to a DHL Packstation will be delivered to the desired Packstation within 3 working days *.

Our Returns Policy

Do you want to return an unwanted item?

We understand, sometimes an article is just not right for you and you want your money back. As long as the item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules listed below, which also include rules for fair use.

If you return an item within 14 days of the delivery date or the date your package was ready for collection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Should you return an item within 15 to 20 days of the delivery date or the date on which your package was ready for collection, we will issue you with a rebellion gift voucher equal to the amount you paid.

We will do our best to process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item.

If you are eligible for a refund within the timeframe above, but cannot return your items to us for any reason, please contact us - in this case, a refund is at our discretion.

And then?

After the respective return periods, we no longer accept returns for unwanted items. If you try to return something, we may send the item back to your default delivery address.

How to return items?

If you want to send an article back, send us an email with the following information and, if necessary, a picture to: info@rebellion-fashion.de.

Can I exchange?

We offer an exchange service while the item is in stock. If the item is no longer in stock, you will be notified by email.

I've bought an Gift Card, can I return it?

It is not possible to cancel a gift card. If you accidentally provided incorrect information, contact us and we will create a new card for you.

What happens if i forget to send an email for my return?

We can only accept your exchange by email.

Faulty item

It is important to us that all of our customers receive high quality products. If you have received a faulty item, we are sorry. Under Send article back you will find the template for retouching your article.

Received an incorrect item

Don't worry - we'll help you solve the problem! If you receive an item that you have not ordered, please send it back to us. We will issue a refund to you as soon as the item reaches our warehouse.

How can I cancel my order?

I'm missing one or more items in my order

1. Check the shipping confirmation email

It can happen that we do not send all articles of an order in one package. Therefore, please first check your shipping confirmation email to see if all of your ordered items are listed or if some items are delivered separately.

2. Check the delivery note

If your order is delivered in several packages, only the items contained in this package are listed on the delivery note. Please check the delivery note for each individual partial delivery to ensure that nothing has been forgotten.

Unfortunately, our popular items sell very quickly. That's why it's best to grab it before others do. We always keep our range up to date. It takes about 6 weeks to top up on outgoing items.

My gift card was not delivered

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours after a successful order for us to email you your gift voucher. If you ordered your gift voucher more than 24 hours ago, please ask the recipient to also check the spam / junk mail folder in their e-mail inbox. If the gift voucher is not there, please contact our customer service.
